Anna Silk

Anna Silk is a Canadian actress who was born on the 31st of January 1974. She's most famous as Bo on the Showcase Television series Lost Girl. Silk was born Fredericton, New Brunswick in Canada. Ilkay Silk's parents are Peter Silk, a professor and Peter Silk who was a well-known actor, director writer, producer, teacher, and director of Drama, St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna can remember watching her mother working and going to play rehearsals. Silk was the subject of several commercials while she was still young. Silk graduated from St. Thomas University with the Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas was involved in two stage productions prior to that, including Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1999). Silk has moved from Toronto in November 1999 from Toronto to Los Angeles California to pursue her career as an actor. Her future husband, Seth Cooperman, at an actor's workshop located in Los Angeles in 2007. The couple was engaged in 2009 before getting married in the civil ceremony on was held in December. The couple renewed their vows on April 10, 2011, in Fredericton following the time that Silk changed her religion to Judaism. Silk born a son with the name of Samuel Jerome Cooperman on May 13 2013. The following day, on January 6, 2013, she announced this to viewers at Showcase's Season Three Pre-Show Special. Silk tweeted on June 20th that she is ready to resume her work. On June 4, 2013, Showcase and Prodigy Pictures officially revealed the launch of production for the fourth season. The character she played Bo together with Lauren (Zoie Palmer) as lovers with the same gender in the show Lost Girl was named one among its most cherished Television Couples by CNN (Cable News Network) as well as named the top Television Couple of 2013, by E! Entertainment Television. Silk is a popular show across social networks.
